Cricket Format Guide
Betting markets differ by format — find out what opportunities each one offers.
T20
20 overs per innings. Matches typically finish in 3-4 hours. The fastest format — betting markets are action-packed.
Betting Markets: Match winner, most sixes, powerplay runs, runs per over (over/under).
One-Day (ODI)
50 overs per innings. A match lasts 7-8 hours. This format is the main one for ICC World Cups and bilateral series.
Betting Markets: First wicket partnership, mid-innings score, top bowler and batter.
Test
Five-day match with unlimited overs. Cricket's most traditional format — a test of patience and strategy.
Betting Markets: Series winner, first innings lead, draw / win / loss, number of wickets.
The Hundred
Exactly 100 balls per innings. England's newer format — even faster than T20 and popular with younger audiences.
Betting Markets: Powerplay score, highest partnership in the match, top scorer.
Popular Leagues at a Glance
BPL: Bangladesh Premier League — the domestic T20 franchise tournament and Bangladesh's premier cricket stage.
IPL: Indian Premier League — India's top T20 league and one of the most popular T20 tournaments in the world.
BBL: Big Bash League — Australia's T20 league, known for night matches and a family-friendly atmosphere.

Types of Slot Games
Each type of slot has its own mechanics — knowing them makes the game more enjoyable.
Classic Slots
3 reels, simple paylines. Symbols include fruits, bars and sevens. An ideal starting point for newcomers. Microgaming's classic games are representative of this type.
Video Slots
5 reels, animations, free spins and bonus rounds. PG Soft's Fortune Tiger and Pragmatic Play's Gates of Olympus fall into this category.
Jackpot Slots
A prize pool that grows over time and can be won on any spin. A portion of every bet goes into the jackpot pool. NetEnt is a well-known name in this type of game.
Megaways Slots
The number of reel symbols changes on every spin, creating thousands of ways to win. Pragmatic Play's Sweet Bonanza is a familiar example of this mechanic.
Cascading Reels
Winning symbols disappear and new ones fall from above — making multiple wins in a single spin possible. Pragmatic Play's Sugar Rush runs on this mechanic.
Cluster Pays
Instead of paylines, wins are formed by groups of adjacent matching symbols. Clusters that connect across the reels score. NetEnt is known for this type of innovative mechanic.
Crash Games — Fast Multipliers
A crash game is a fast-paced multiplier game where a number climbs and then suddenly "crashes". Spribe's Aviator is the most well-known game of this type — a plane takes off and the multiplier keeps rising.
How a Round Works
- Set your bet amount before the round begins.
- The multiplier starts at 1x and climbs — sometimes to 2x, sometimes 10x or higher.
- Cash out at any point before the crash to lock in that multiplier as your win.
- If you do not cash out before the crash, your bet is lost.
Auto Cash Out
Many crash games offer an auto cash out feature — it exits automatically once a set multiplier is reached. This helps reduce the tendency to hold on too long based on emotion.
Keep in mind: Set a stop limit for yourself before you start playing. Because crash game rounds move very quickly, it is easy to place many bets in a short time.
RTP and House Edge Explained
RTP, or Return to Player, is the percentage of total wagers that a game returns to players over the long run. For example, if a slot has an RTP of 96%, it means that over a long period, an average of ৳96 is returned for every ৳100 wagered. This is not a guarantee — it is a mathematical average of probable outcomes.
Typical RTP ranges by game type: Slot games typically range from 92–98%, Blackjack with correct strategy is around 99%, and European Roulette ranges from 94–97%.
House edge is the flip side of RTP — the percentage the casino retains over the long run. In the example above, a 96% RTP means a 4% house edge. This is part of the casino's business model and is disclosed transparently in every regulated game.
Knowing this matters because it helps you understand which games are more favorable to play over a longer session before you choose. A higher RTP means a lower house advantage — but keep in mind that any outcome is possible in the short term.
Typical RTP Ranges
| Game Type | RTP Range |
|---|---|
| Slot Games | 92–98% |
| Blackjack | ~99% |
| Roulette | 94–97% |
| Baccarat | 98–99% |
These ranges reflect general industry standards — the RTP for a specific game can be found in the provider's information sheet.

Join NowGambling Myths & Facts
Some common beliefs are simply not true. Know the facts — wrong beliefs lead to wrong decisions.
"A slot hasn't paid out in a long time, so it's due for a win."
FactEvery spin is completely independent. Previous results have no effect on the next spin — this is called a Random Number Generator (RNG).
"Placing bigger bets will recover previous losses."
FactIncreasing bets to recover losses often leads to even bigger losses. Set your bet amount in advance and stick to it.
"A betting system (like Martingale) guarantees a win."
FactNo betting system can beat the house edge. With the Martingale method, doubling bets through a long losing streak will eventually wipe out your bankroll.
"I'm on a 'hot streak' right now, so I should keep playing."
FactThere is no such thing as a "hot" or "cold" streak in gambling — every outcome is random. Previous wins offer no guarantee of future wins.
"If you're skilled at casino games, you can always win."
FactStrategy does help in some games like Blackjack, but the house edge is always present. Slots and crash games are entirely chance-based — skill plays no role here.
"Online games can be manipulated, so it's possible to predict results in advance."
FactOn quality platforms, every game uses RNG and is audited by third parties to ensure fair play. No "signals" or "prediction software" are effective.
