5.3 Technical Errors

tk697 is not responsible for any game or betting session being disrupted due to the member's internet connection, power outage, or device issues. However, in the event of a server-side error on tk697's part, tk697 will endeavour to provide an appropriate resolution.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating another member's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Bonus abuse — using multiple accounts to claim a single offer.
• Using automated software, bots, or any other form of automation.
• Manipulating game outcomes or colluding with other members to gain an advantage.
• Attempting to access the platform using hacking, viruses, or any malicious software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Harassing, threatening, or showing disrespectful behaviour towards other members or staff.

In any circumstance, tk697's maximum liability will be limited to the amount deposited by the member in that specific transaction.

9.1 Closure by the Member

9.2 Suspension or Closure by tk697

tk697 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

9.3 Funds After Closure

If an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of terms, the real balance will be returned. If closed due to a breach of terms, the bonus balance and any bonus-related winnings may be forfeited.
